- Cabin rooms are much smaller than expected. The bed is too hard and the bathrooms lack basic amenities.
- The upstairs with artificial grass causes a safety issue.
- Halong locations, even the caves are polluted with a huge amount of rubbish and plastic.

The 3-deck cruise departs from Tuan Chau Harbor and plans on heading through Heavenly Palace cave and Halong Pearl Farm on Halong Bay.
