Excellent vegetarian food. All the food met our expectations. The cabin was large and beautiful. The activities were varied and we found it well organized. The staff was nice, especially Andrew. Thank you!
2 nights onboard were relaxing and nice. We went kayaking and swimming on the first day, biking and swimming on the second day, and visited a cave on the last. Biking activity was quite interesting yet there was not much to see in the village. The area for swimming and kayaking on the second day was much better with fewer tourists and more privacy. The staff were helpful all the time and could not be more friendly.
Booked 2 nights on Erina at my friend’s suggestion and it was so right. The vessel was nice and large. Our cabin was spacious and fully equipped. Kayaking was the highlight and the scenery was stunning. We were impressed by the service of the Erina team. The tour guide was informative and attentive while the f&b staff were caring and looked after our food restrictions carefully. Wifi was bad onboard due to the geography but it was a good way to completely enjoy the bay view and relax.
Our stay on the Erina Cruise was unforgettable. The staff was hospitable and always made sure we were happy with the service. The view from our room was fantastic and we wish we had more time onboard to make use of the lovely balcony. The food was great and there were a bunch of seafood dishes. Lan Ha bay was breathtaking with lots of limestone islands. We visited a cave by kayak and swam in the jade water. Highly recommended!
The boat is old and needs some renovations. There were 3 of us and we stayed in the triple Suite. The cabin is luxurious and in good size. It also includes a relaxing tub overlooking the bay. Food was great in both quantity and quality. Vegetarian options were nice, too. A minus is that drinking water was not included in every meal. Prices of drinks were expensive.
Food was awesome. My wife has a seafood allergy and she enjoyed all the alternatives. The staff went out of their way to fulfill every single need of us. We booked a Senior Suite and it had a comfy bed and a beautiful view just like the advertised photos. There are a variety of activities and we love kayaking the most.
Our 2-night trip was wonderful. We booked the Family Connecting cabin. It was very large, clean, and could not be more comfortable. The crew was very courteous and took good care of our meals and all the activities onboard. They also kept us updated with the timetable and double check if we were enjoying the trip. The kayaking was nice and swimming at Ba Trai Dao Beach was fantastic. The biking to the village was interesting. The food was plentiful with great selections. Thank you for good service!
Andrew and Kim made our trip very special. They always tried their best to accommodate our needs. Our room was nice, large, and well-appointed. The view was spectacular. Food was plenty of choice but breakfast could be better.
My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights on Erina Cruise. There was nothing to complain about. The food was superb and the service was excellent. Andrew was very caring. Our cabin was very spacious and beautiful. Activities were nice and the scenery was unparalleled.
