The cabin was quite small and lacked modern amenities. There were a few options for lunch and dinner. Onboard entertainment was quite funny and exciting but more suitable for the younger crowd. Fortunately, I don't think the cruise provided good value for the money.
The entertainment onboard was okay, but the services were not personalized. I suppose the cruise should update more facilities for an overall better experience. The staff were nice and caring. Lan Ha Bay was also peaceful and kayaking was definitely a great activity to do.
Honestly, I was disappointed with this cruise. The ship was overcrowded, packed with guests and I almost could not find a private space to relax except for my own cabin. The cabin also lacked modern amenities.
Amenities on Lan Ha Lotus cruise were decent, but quite comfortable. The sundeck was a bit outdated. The cabin was comfortable enough, though I wish there were more modern amenities. Dining options were also just above average and other drinks cost extra.
The cabin was comfortable and clean. I felt indulgent to sleep on the bed after a day of exploring. It had a beautiful balcony viewing the bay. While the entertainment options weren't as extravagant as a luxury cruise, the staff and captain managed to keep us entertained. Thank the cruise so much for their attentiveness.
The ship was well-maintained and had a good variety of amenities. The onboard dining exceeded my expectations, with a nice selection of restaurants and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Highly recommend this cruise for families and groups!
The cruise was new and modern and my experience onboard was absolutely delightful! The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Lan Ha Bay was beautiful and pristine. We did a lot of great activities there. All in all, I felt like I got great value for my money and would definitely consider booking another mid-range cruise.
