No. Syrena Cruise does not have a family room. Each cabin is suitable for 2 adults and a child under 6 years old. If your family has more members, the cruise operator will arrange next-door cabins for more convenience.
If you book a 2-night program, Day 2 includes a trip to Bright Cave in Cat Ba Island area. However, it is a tranquil area for kayaking or taking a bamboo boat. You will not disembark and get on the island.
Syrena Suite is the only cabin type including a tub in the room.

The jaw-dropping scenery in Halong Bay should not be missed! It is definitely one of the best places I have ever visited and cruising is highly recommended! About Syrena Cruises, the staff were very polite and attentive to passengers, but some needed to improve their English. The food was a little bland to me, but was well presented and the services really made up for it. I suggest the cruise should also improve the cabin quality, since some parts were a little old and A/C did not work sometimes. Overall, thank you for this wonderful experience and I would love to come back one day!
Despite being a small boat, Syrena Cruise is great and very comfortable when it comes to accommodations and activities. We enjoyed the shared lounge and expansive sundeck, very spacious and pleasant for large groups of friends like us! We took the 2-day tour and to be honest, I feel a bit rushed. The destinations were incredible, but make sure you are fit enough to climb the Ti Top Island. The panoramic view was breathtaking and would be worth your efforts. Sunset and sunrise on Halong Bay were amazing! I especially loved the cave visiting, it was so thrilling and the atmosphere in the cave was cool and pleasant even in summer.
We are a group of 5 friends traveling in June. I must say the weather was really hot and the A/C did not work well as we expected. But the staff were very supportive and always wanted to help, thanks all! Food was amazing but the portions were inadequate though. Overall, it was a great trip and we really enjoyed the breathtaking nature and culture of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay!

A wonderful journey! Everyone was nice, hospitable, and thoughtful, especially Mr. Son and Mr. Thai! The boat ambiance was cozy and the rooms were clean and convenient. However, I must say some parts of the cruise needed improving as they were quite dated. Also, there were some repetitions in the food for lunch and dinner, but every dish was very fresh and delicious. The brunch on the last day was incredible! You have to pay for the drinks though, it is not included. I would love to spend more time with the cruise, so I suggest everyone choose a 3-day tour! Overall, great trip and beautiful memories!
My partner and I booked a 3-day tour with Syrena Cruise and they offered such great activities and places. Halong Bay was beautiful but a little crowded, especially when you stayed the night beside so many other boats. We loved Lan Hay Bay because it was much more tranquil and private. If you want to try all the activities, you will not have time to relax since the cruise is filled with experiences, but it is really up to your choices. We highly recommend kayaking and swimming at the beach! The view was excellent! Overall, we were very satisfied and pleased, thank you so much !

One of my suggestions is to expand the rooms to better meet the needs of families. The balcony was airy and had great views! Happy hour buy 1 get 1 was fantastic and so much fun!
I love Halong Bay, it is marvelous and there are many things to do, we are so happy about that! Syrena Cruises were very friendly and the staff were helpful and willing to help, which made me feel like home. We were impressed by the activities, everything was wonderful: cooking demonstration - spring rolls, early morning Tai Chi classes, happy hour,... However, I must say the water was polluted and some places were quite crowded, which was understandable due to the popularity of Halong Bay, but we should protect the environment!
