Sunlight cruise was good value for money. The price was reasonable and members on the cruise were kind. I had a chance to admire fantastic scenary and get entertained with a variety of activities - kayaking, climbing a little mountain, swimming. I will definitely come back to the cruise. Really recommend this cruise for budget-minded travelers. The cruise was a bit old but everything was really well organised. The captain was great! He explained everything really well and made sure we stayed on time and was lots of fun. The food was delectable and plentiful with Vietnamese cuisines.
Our cruise captain, Tony was very friendly and funny and he shared so many stories with us about the history Halong Bay and people’s livelihood there. We had a chance to go kayaking and climb to the top of the mountain for panoramic views. It was amazing, the scenery was gorgeous and it was so nice to be able to enjoy it with such a helpful staff.
The itinerary was also a perfect balance between activities and rest. All activities were optional so we had a lot of time for relaxing and doing things together. Halong Bay was beautiful and impressive but a bit touristy. There were also a lot of trash on the site. The experience on the cruise was generally enjoyable. Thanks the cruise and the team so much.
Staff were professional and friendly, they remembered almost all our names, told a lot of funny jokes. The cabins were quite small and old, only fitted with decent amenities. I loved the activities onboard as well as on the destinations including kayaking, climbing mountains, and swimming.

I had an amazing boat tour on this traditional junk boat to Ha Long Bay. The visit to Sung Sot cave was amazing, the cave was so enormous and sparkling with rock formations. Kayaking and another trip to the island were definite highlights, providing me unforgettable experiences.
