The trip was nothing short of excellent. Dora ship was nicely designed, clean, and included modern facilities. There was a hot jacuzzi on the top deck. All the cabins have a balcony and the bar serves a myriad of drinks. Staff was 10 out of 10. They are friendly, polite, and kind. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very attentive. The trip was a bit short since you just embarked on the boat at around 13:00 and disembarked at around 11:30 the next day. 2-night must be better.
My husband and I went on Dora Cruise for our honeymoon. Everything went smoothly and we had a very memorable experience with a lovely cabin, superb meals, friendly and helpful staff, and a lot of enticing activities. Lan Ha Bay was poetic and tranquil. We would love to come back and stay for 2 nights. Thank you for a great trip!
The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The cabin was sizable and had a wonderful view. The balcony was a huge plus for the cabin. The meal includes a large proton with a bunch of local dishes and other Western food, however, it was average but not excellent. The jacuzzi on the top deck was very nice to take a dip and admire the bay. However, there could be more activities onboard, especially after dinner. The ship was a bit aged and the cushion on the sun loungers needed to be improved.
Definitely recommend Dora Cruise! The vessel was pretty and the staff was brilliant. We booked 2 nights and there were lots of exciting experiences such as visiting a cave, biking around the village, visiting the local house, kayaking and swimming at the secluded beach. Sunset on the bay was speechless. The cruise also had a sunset party with fruit and wine for us. The cooking class was fun. Squid fishing was a bit boring and no one seemed to be able to catch one so we decided to relax on the terrace deck instead. Such a nice trip to cherish.
My parents and I booked a family triple cabin on Dora for 2 days. The cabin was large and very beautiful. We were really impressed with the spacious bathroom and the tub overlooking the sea. My parents were on their 20th anniversary and the crew made the trip really worth it. They also catered to my dad's special diet and the food was fantastic. The manager Bruce and his team did a good job. Thank you very much!
We went to Halong for 2 nights and Dora Cruise could not make it better. The ship was well furnished and our room had the best view ever. The bathroom was also very spacious and provided full amenities. Food was abundant and amazing. We love seafood very much. Kayaking on the bay was relaxing yet we just swam around the boat and not too far. We wish the trip included a beach instead. Anyway, it was a wonderful trip overall.
Our cabin was clean and well appointed. Although we read something about the pollution issue on the bay, we saw no floating rubbish during our trip. The areas we swam and kayaked were very clean and clear too. The food was amazing and plenty of it. Special thanks to Bruce for his service. All the staff went above and beyond
The room and food were okay. Dinner was better than lunch on the first day. We stayed in the Junior Suite. The cabin was well equipped and very clean. The activities were a bit so many that we did not have enough time to relax while we had nearly 24 hours onboard. Price of drinks was high and drinking water was not complimentary except for a bottle for each in the room.
We had a nice stay on Dora Cruise. The scenery was spectacular and excursions were engaging. We went kayaking, swimming and visited a cave on a bamboo boat. The food was delicious and eye-catching. We would definitely suggest Dora cruise to my family!
