A special thanks to the manager Tom for the 5-star service. He and his team did a great job and we cannot enjoy it more. Our Senior suite was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The food was plentiful. Kayaking and swimming were the best. The bar on the top deck should open for longer at night since there were not many things to do after dinner. However, we did have an unforgettable trip with the M'Gloira team. Thank you!
We did a 2-night trip on M’Gloria cruise. The ship was pretty. The bay was very calm and very suitable for swimming and kayaking. The bamboo boat was a nice try yet we preferred kayaking. Every crew member was very enthusiastic and willing to help. The food was plentiful and tasty. One of us has a seafood allergy and the staff always guarantee to serve her the right dish. Thank you for a good trip!
We were on the bay for the second time and this trip was really impressive. The boat is large, beautifully decorated, and includes many modern facilities. Our cabin was neat and clean. The bathroom was spacious with a sea-view tub. The bay view was poetic yet there are many other boats now and rubbish floating in some areas. The staff offered great service. Hien, Tracy, and Tommy were the best. Food quality was okay with many options of seafood.
We were 2 couples and booked 2 Junior Suites on M’Gloria for 3 days/2 nights. The excursions were varied. We went kayaking, swimming, biking and visited a cave by rowing boat. The after-dinner activities were lacking. Squid fishing was nice to give it a try but it must be in the right season. The food was incredible and there was so much of it. Service was superb and we felt at home with friendly and hospitable staff. Thumbs up!
Food for Indian guests could be better and more varied. Drinking water was expensive. Should provide more in the room rather than just 1 bottle per guest per day. The program was nice and the scenery was charming. The staff was friendly.
We wish we had more time on the bay. Lan Ha Bay was out of the ordinary. The trip to the cave was peaceful. Kayaking was fun and swimming in the calm bay was unbeatable. Just one thing is that the time for excursions was short. Thank you to the team for a good memory.
2 days 1 night onboard was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The bay was magnificent and cruising is the best way to enjoy it. M’Gloria was well maintained and offered a lot of things to do and excellent food. Drinks were a bit expensive compared with the price on land. Staff always pleased us and made sure we enjoyed the trip. Wifi did not work yet it did not matter to us so much.
Choosing MGloria according to my friend’s suggestion and things exceeded my expectations. The boat was beautiful. The room was spacious and a small balcony offered a perfect private space to enjoy the bay view. The cruise has many modern facilities such as a jacuzzi, spa, and free gym but we preferred to simply lay down on the loungers on the top deck to relax. The staff was very helpful and always took care of us. We would definitely come back and recommend everyone. Thank you very much!
Our cabin had a nice view and was provided with adequate amenities. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. A special thanks to the team, especially Linh, Hien, Khang, and Lucky. The activities were diversified and well organized. Kayaking was a must on Lan Ha Bay. The food was okay. Lunch was outstanding but dinner and breakfast were just normal. A good experience to try!
The ship is new and has many modern facilities. The jacuzzi was good for some dips with a cocktail at Sunset time. Our room was very spacious and included a luxurious bathroom with a tub. The view from the balcony was priceless. However, we expected more cruising time. The ship usually moved to the attraction for excursions, stopped there and moved to the sleeping area. The staff was very kind. A shout out to the waitress Jasmine who was very caring and paid attention to detail.
