We spent only one night on Paradise Grand and really enjoyed so many things the cruise offered. The rooms were amazing, mine even had a terrace with comfy chairs. I also enjoyed Vietnamese cuisines, caving, kayaking,... The staff really kept in mind our dietary requirements and served delicious meals. Thanks for your thoughtfulness and hospitality. Lan Ha Bay was tranquil and amazing, especially Viet Hai Village. Drinks turned out to be quite pricey though. Even with the happy hour, we still had to pay a lot for beverages.
Wonderful experiences with Paradise Grand! Positive: The ship was new and well maintained with exquisite facilities! The staff had great optimistic energies and were always very attentive and kind. Seafood was fresh and delicious. Negative: drinks were costly to me and wifi was so weak that I could not access google.
A lovely cruise! Food and drinks were diverse and tasted great! One thing was that dinner was a little bit greasy and too sweet for me. The cruise staff took great care of my requests and catered well to my vegetarian diet, thanks so much! Activities were nice despite the rainy weather. Would recommend visiting in the dry season as we could not watch the sunrise due to the fog and cloud.
The boat was elegant and modern. I would highly recommend this cruise for anyone seeking a luxury cruise. The manager as well as the whole crew were very nice and passionate. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and decorations in my own cabin. This was very special, I truly appreciated it! Amenities were awesome and a visit to Ao Ech was absolutely the highlight of the excursions. Everything was perfect!
We were 2 families of 2 children each. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and it was cleaned daily, which made me feel really pleased. The chef was very talented and the services were nice. They catered well to our vegetarian requests and kids’ meals. Everyone should definitely visit Halong Bay once, it offers stunning seascapes and fascinating activities. Would really suggest a 2-night cruise for a memorable and pleasant vacation!

The night party was so fun and it was a great opportunity for me to socialize and make new friends. Thanks all the staff for making me feel welcomed on board.
